Meet Greg Einerson
As a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, I have spent my career in pursuit of helping people to achieve their goals in health, fitness, and performance. In 9 years as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, I have focused my skills on injury prevention, return to sport following injury, and improving sport-specific performance. My passion is to help athletes to stay healthy while improving physical skills that will make them successful in sport and beyond.
As an avid golfer, I have spent a lot of my focus on understanding the mechanics of the golf swing, and how body mechanics affect a golfer’s accuracy and ability to generate power. In identifying insufficiencies in range of motion, muscular imbalances, and movement patterns, golfers can achieve a swing that may not have been physically possible before. My goal is to correct these issues to create a more accurate and powerful swing as well as to keep athletes healthy and on the course.
