Working out and eating healthy have always been passions of mine. After undergoing my own personal health journey, I found that nothing could take the place of adhering to a clean, nourishing meal plan. My experience with meal planning began when friends and family started to ask me how to improve their eating habits. While working a desk job, I continued to read health books and make meal plans for friends, finally realizing that helping others live a healthy life is what I really loved. In order to make my dreams a reality, I decided to pursue my education in Holistic Nutrition and enrolled at Bauman College.
I do not believe in diets. I even dislikes the word “diet”. Diets are about restriction - eliminating foods from your meal plan that make you happy. I want you to have a fuller, better lifestyle, not less of one. I want to show you how to be happy, but in a healthy way. My goal is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself by living a wholesome, vigorous life. I want to show you that nutritious food can be delicious, as well as physically beneficial. I personally want to share my passion with you in hopes that, little by little, you begin to live a better, healthier, and more satisfying life.
